The correct storage of sandblasting pipes

1. The warehouse for storing sandblasted pipes should be kept clean and well-ventilated. The relative humidity of the sandblasted pipes should be below 80%, and the temperature inside the warehouse should be maintained between -15 and +40° C. The hoses should be protected from direct sunlight and rain or snow.
2. When storing sandblasting pipes, they should be placed separately according to different varieties and specifications, and should not be mixed and stacked.
3. Sandblasting pipes should be stored in a relaxed state as much as possible. Generally, for hoses with an inner diameter of 76mm or less, they can be stored in coils (but the inner diameter of the coil should not be less than 15 times that of the hose).
4. To prevent the sandblasting pipes from deforming under pressure during storage, the stacking of sandblasting pipes should not be too high. Generally, the stacking height should not exceed 1.5 meters. It is also required that the sandblasting pipes be frequently "stacked" during storage, generally no less than once every quarter.
5. When storing sandblasting pipes, they should not come into contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents or other corrosive liquids and gases. And it should be at least 1 meter away from the heat source
6. During the storage period of the sandblasting pipe, no heavy objects should be stacked on the pipe body of the sandblasting pipe, and external squeezing and damage should be prevented.
7. The storage period of sandblasting pipes should not exceed one year. The pipes that were stored in the warehouse first should be used first to prevent the quality of the rubber pipes from being affected due to long-term storage.
