Coal industry
The main oil pipes used in the coal industry are hydraulic support rubber hoses. In recent years, the pressure requirements for hydraulic supports in some coal mines have been raised. Some steel wire braided rubber hoses can no longer meet their performance requirements, and it is necessary to use steel wire wound oil hoses instead. In addition, to prevent coal dust pollution during the coal mining process in underground coal mines and enhance production safety, the types of oil pipes used in coal mines have been increased, such as the telescopic oil pipe for coal seam water exploration and hole sealing devices, which is used for water injection and grouting operations in coal seams before fully mechanized mining in underground coal mine working faces. It is reported that domestic manufacturers have produced it and it has been tested by more than ten coal mines. It can replace similar imported products.
Petroleum industry
In the 21st century China's offshore oil development strategy, it is proposed to focus on the development of offshore and shallow sea oil fields. Therefore, in addition to using drilling oil pipes and vibrating oil pipes, the oil industry also requires the use of shallow sea oil transportation oil pipes. Domestic production of shallow-sea subsea oil pipelines has been carried out, but floating or semi-floating subsea oil pipelines and deep-sea subsea oil pipelines still rely on imports at present. With the implementation of China's offshore oil development strategy, the requirements for tubing performance in offshore oil extraction will continue to increase.
