Application: Suitable for continuous transportation of saturated steam and hot water with high temperatures below 150 ℃, or intermittent transportation with temperatures below 160 ℃ and instantaneous temperatures up to 184 ℃. Suitable for use as flexible pipelines in thermal mechanical equipment such as steam scanners, steam hammers, flat vulcanizers, and injection molding machines.
Structural characteristics: The inner and outer rubber layers of the hose are made of synthetic rubber with excellent heat resistance, and are reinforced with 3 * 3 layers of copper plated high-strength silk weaving. The pipe bone has the characteristics of softness, lightness, good flexibility, and high heat resistance. The burst pressure of the hose shall not be less than 10 times the working pressure.
